Here is a great little reel in a 3/4wt. size. The Frame is made of Aluminum and the spool is Graphite. It comes in A Titanium Finish. The Reel is a Right Hand Wind and the spool take down is the same as the Old Vintage Pflueger Medalist #1492. The Spinner Knob is Polished hard Wood The Reel Foot is Narrow and it should be compatible with most reel seats.

The spool is a Wagon Wheel Design. The reel has a Two Stage Clicker Soft or hard. It is a very effective drag addition.

A truly high quality Machined Aluminum Reel that measures 3.82 inches in diameter and has a spool width of 1.97 inches. It weighs 223 Grams. That is slightly over 7 ounces making it one of the Lightest Quality Reels of this size. It is made to accommodate a 7/8 Wt. Line plus backing. It is highly polished Anodized Aluminum in a TITANIUM Finish. The Aluminum is of Aircraft Strength, Hardness and Quality.

The Spool is attractively vented on both sides for Rapid line drying as well as for making the reel lighter. A large Knurled Knob in the center of the spool makes for easy spool change as well as reel maintenance. It is of Center-Post Design with an adjustable Slip Clutch Mechanism. The drag is very smooth and EXTREMELY Efficient. There are no external gears and the Ratio is 1.0:0. The reel has 2 Precision Ball Bearings And a single Clutch Roller Bearing. The reel is soundless while winding.

The VH 1 Reel is 2 1/4 inches in diameter and has a 1 inch wide spool width. It will hold a 2/3 wt. line The reel will stand up well for Salt Water use.

The VH 2 Reel is 2 3/4 inches in diameter and has a 1 1/8th inch wide spool width. It will hold a 4/6 wt. line The reel will stand up well for Salt Water use. THE REEL WEIGHS 6 3/4 OUNCES.

The ALUMINUM frames are MATTE finished.. The thickness of the Frames has been increased by 1 mm. The spools are aluminum, and are MATTE finished as well. There are no sharp or un-finished edges. The black Matte Finish side plates are made of a space age nylon material. The Handle is of the New ” S ” Shaped Design. It Adds a Bit of Elegance to the reel. The handle Knob is a polished Exotic Hardwood.The click/pawl drag is smooth and firm. It is not overly hard. The reel can be wound with either hand effectively. The oil cap has decorative knurling that allows a good grip. It serves a dual purpose. Besides being an oil cap cover for lubrication, it has a nylon cup behind it that covers the end of the axle. The cup can be tightened down to gain additional drag on the spool. It is very effective. The rims will not dent easily and The side plates will not crack or chip.The reel foot does not have to be altered to fit most modern day reel seats, but there may be times when a slight modification/alteration may be necessary to fit the reel seat.
